What is the weight limit?
Our weight limit is 300lbs
Do you accept cards?
Yes, we accept card payments, but please note that there is a $3 charge for using one.
I've never ridden before are your horses suitable for inexperienced riders?
Our horses are trained to provide a safe and enjoyable riding experience for everyone, from beginners to advanced riders.
Can we bring water bottles on the ride?
When preparing for your ride, we kindly ask that you leave behind any items that may fall while riding. This will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
My child is scared to ride alone can they ride with me?
Riders aged 6 and up are required to ride alone for their own comfort and safety, as well as for the safety of the horse. There may be some exceptions for 6-year-olds depending on size.
What is the dress code for riding?
We want you to feel comfortable while visiting our establishment, so you are welcome to wear whatever you like. However, we do recommend wearing pants and closed-to shoes for your safety.
Are we riding alone or is someone leading us?
Every ride is guided by one of our experienced wranglers.
Can we tip our guide?
Yes. We believe that our guides provide exceptional service and deserve to be rewarded for their hard work. If you enjoyed your ride, we encourage you to show your appreciation by leaving a tip.
It's raining, is our ride canceled?
We will still ride in a light rain. However, we do not ride in heavy rain, lightning, temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, or temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
